REFUNDS:

We trust that all customers will enjoy their purchases, but we recognize that situations may vary. We accept returns within a 14-day window from the date of purchase, and in such cases, store credit will be issued.We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be exchanged. For any questions, please contact dearoliviagracee@gmail.com.

Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

This includes discount codes and site-wide applied discounts.

If your return is deemed ineligible for return via our returns portal and returned anyways we reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for store credit only.

RETURNS:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can exchange items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), scuffs, tears, snags and mysterious smells items for a exchange (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached.

Please include your packing slip in your return with your RMA #. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

If any exchanges do not meet above requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage.

Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Once your items are received they will be processed and inspected. Once your item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process, and after processed can take a couple of business days to show up on your bank statement. Please note, you will only be refunded for the amount of your item. We do not refund shipping costs.

There is an $18.00 restocking fee for 8 items or more that will be withheld from the credited amount. Additional fees may apply for more items.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS: 

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt or they cannot be returned. Upon reporting your damaged item, please provide photo(s) through our returns + exchanges portal and we will be happy to assist you.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
